The number of parents and guardians joining our private Facebook page has grown exponentially over the years. We decided to create this website for a few different reasons.

  1. We wanted a central, public site where we could report out on the action we are taking to advocate for parents and guardians who have children or youth with disabilities or are complex learners, and to share the supports and services we provide.
  2. Parents and Educators in British Columbia now have access to Resources that will assist them in learning about the policies, procedures and guidelines of the education system, as well as a listing of organizations available to support them.
  3. It is time to speak up and speak out about the challenges our children and youth are facing when it comes to education. We share stories from families, community events, activism events and volunteer and job opportunities on our Blog.

If you are a parent/guardian interested in joining our private Facebook group, please go here to make a request – don’t forget to scroll down and answer all of the questions, and agree to the group rules. We look forwared to seeing you there!

Have a question? Please get in touch with us.
