    Lindsay Waddell is a lawyer practicing with Moore Edgar Lyster in Vancouver. She

    currently practices a blend of labour, employment and human rights law but has

    spent much of the past decade practicing exclusively in the area of human rights.

    Lindsay represents a number of parents in human rights cases against school

    districts. She has extensive experience before the British Columbia Human Rights

    Tribunal and has represented human rights complainants in judicial reviews and

    appeals of Tribunal decisions at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of

    Canada.

    Lindsay is a former Board member of Family Services of Greater Vancouver and a

    current member of the Human Rights Subsection of the BC Branch of the Canadian

    Bar Association.
